Please ooo abeg,has anyone watched Omotola's new reality show "The Real Me"?Please its not like I'm trying to gossip but Please is she trying to copy The Kardashians?If you have not watched it you can do so on DSTV channel 152 on thursdays by 7:30pm(make i help am advertise the show small)..... But this her dress is hot shaa ooo.....

This is an ankara advanced version of the LBD(long black Dress,and yes i know its supposed to be little black dress but na my own version be that)this style can be worn to a wedding,a party or on a hot date. For my hot sisters that might want to rock this look, make sure you dont over accesorise as the big bow is already loud enough. pair it up with a hot pair of shoes and the right swag and you are good to go. and ofcourse you can tell your designer to change the black part to any colour you like and you can also convert it to the real LBD(little Black Dress)...

Please oh, has anyone noticed that the old school fabrics are back? those fabrics that my mum used for her August meetings and all..the good old days of 'better life for Rural women'....sighs.. ok back to my topic, these days these fabrics are being used in designing and making different styles of clothes from gowns to jackets to skirts to bum shorts to pants and bras(yes pants and bras).they come in different colours and they have names. some of the names include Mkpruoka,koso,Ose,Fan,Abc,Stool,Gbologi,and lots more. but my favorite old skool fabric is 'The kirikiri Star'.ooooohh how i love that fabric.its such a beautiful fabric that no matter what sytle you decide to make with it,be guaranteed that the outfit will rock. the best part is that it comes in different colours,pink,blue,yellow,and red. infact you can decide to mix all the colours in one dress, or just make a simple gown, jacket or even a red carpet dress by mixing it with chiffon. when it comes to old skool fabric you cant go wrong with kirikiri star.below are some of my favorite kikiri star things.you can tell me your own favorite old skool fabric and maybe I could give you some tips on how to work it. will be back with more gist on old skool fabrics and how to rock them...God bless Ankara!

Should adults have Christmas day dresses??

Hmmmm...it's 4th of December and there's still a lot of people who want to make an outfit to wear on Christmas day and I'm thinking..do adults really need a new dress to wear on Christmas day?...I think they do! Big smile... It's christmas joor and it comes once in a year,so what the heck?call up your tailor(and that's supposed to be me)and make a lovely dress for a lovely season! Or you think it's not necessary?
